At AEG, corporate social responsibility is a key component of our culture that is engaging and rewarding for our employees. FORCE (Focusing on Raising Community Engagement), our volunteer program, encourages employees to give back to our local communities by offering four paid hours per year to volunteer. In addition to volunteering efforts, AEG also runs numerous fundraisers and donation drives to benefit local organizations and neighborhoods.
